I want to find a system - how do I use the System Selection Wizard?
This tool walks you through a series of progressively detailed questions posed in the logic window on the left to help you determine an appropriate control system. Once a system is selected, click the system name to display additional information in the information display window on the right hand side of the screen.

Info Summary -- This is a one-page listing of all the information
provided as part of the main product being viewed. Items listed are linked to
the particular documents, which means that you can click on any one of the links
to view that particular item. Often times there are many items listed under the
section "related items" -- this is because this represents a listing of many of
the accessory or related items that work with the main product being viewed.
For example, for the HVAC DDC controller mentioned above, the related info area
would present to the user a list of sensors, actuators and other accessories
that work with that DDC controller. |

Overview -- This is a higher-level document that as its name implies,
provides an overview of the item. It typically is a brochure that can be
helpful when making an initial review of a product to ascertain whether or not
it meets certain requirements. |

Tech Info -- This is a more detailed document, and is typically a
specification datasheet. This is the document typically used as part of a
project submittal. |

Config Info -- This is generally a document or presentation that
presents information on configuring or applying this product as part of a system. |
|

Guide Spec -- This is a text document that can be used by a
consulting/specifying engineer in a project specification. |
|
|
Related Info -- This is typically a key accessory device or option to
the main product being viewed. For example, for an HVAC DDC Controller, there
may be a recommended wall sensor presented. |

Reference Info -- This is a document that provides background, training
or deeper application information. For HVAC products, deep links
into the Engineering Manual of Automatic Control are typically provided.
Other types of information include white papers. |

Case Studies -- This is a write up on an actual customer site where this particular product has been installed. |
What do I do if the product or system information I am looking for is not here?
Even though this tool contains a lot of information on many Honeywell products and systems, the Workbench does not contain everything that Honeywell has to offer. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, Honeywell’s Customer Assistance Center is available to assist in most cases by sending the literature being requested and/or having a sales representative follow up with you. Click on the Assistance Menu and select your desired submenu for contacting us.
